Southwest Airlines Celebrates 10 Years Of AirTran Service In Milwaukee With Community Service Project

WHAT:

Southwest Airlines is celebrating the 10th Anniversary of AirTran service at General Mitchell International Airport with a community project at James Fenimore Cooper School, helping with the school's Field Day.  A local AirTran Employee has been a teacher at the school for the last 12 years, teaching special education students in grades 6 – 8.  This volunteer project also supports Southwest's spring systemwide volunteer effort with more than 90 volunteer projects completed at 85 schools across the United States in Southwest and AirTran cities during the months of May and June.

Friday, June 8, 2012 (rain date Tuesday, June 12, 2012)

8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
